Comedian Jim Carrey said in an interview that he vowed never to marry her girlfriend of almost three years, actress Jenny McCarthy, because he never wanted to jeopardize their good relationship together. The 46-year old star for such movies as The Mask, Ace Ventura and The Cable Guy was married twice before with his first wife, former actress Melissa Wormer for whom he has a 20-year old daughter named Jane back in 1987 and in 1996 was re-married to his Dumb and Dumber co-star Lauren Holly that lasted only for less than a year.

He admits that his current streak of bad luck with serious relationships caused him such trauma that he got rid of the word “marriage” out of his vocabulary, and now that he’s enjoying a happy and healthy relationship with McCarthy, he wouldn’t want to jinx the entire affair.

”I’m happy with Jenny, although I won’t probably get married again. If you’ve done it twice you really should stop doing it” mentions Carrey.

Jenny McCarthy explodes on live TV about vaccine doctors

Former Playboy model and staunch advocate for autism cure Jenny McCarthy lashes out her disgust at medical officials about what she claims to be needless vaccinations.

McCarthy is leading the way for public awareness that the brain development disorder is curable and alternative research is the only key to save other families whose child or loved one is suffering from autism.

She and other three other guests were on Larry King Live when they discussed about the topic of autism when the medical officials disputed at McCarthy’s claim that childhood vaccinations could be the main perpetrator for some cases of autism. The blonde actress exploded and ranted about their argument on live TV saying that the “increase in immunization is ridiculous and it’s all bull crap… Too many shots, too soon.”

McCarthy’s five-year old son Evan suffered from the disorder when he was two after he was pronounced clinically dead for two minutes due to a heart attack. This led the actress to believe that vaccines were the major cause of autism and despite the constant dispute of the medical officials over her allegations, she has the pictures to prove, before and after the treatment, that were sent to her every week by families who had their child vaccinated, and the outcome was obvious.

Jenny’s autistic son kept their relationship together says Carrey

Actor/comedian Jim Carrey owes a great deal of gratitude to actress Jenny McCarthy’s son Evan, who is diagnosed to be autistic, that if it wasn’t for her wonderful son, he was doomed to have a failed relationship with the former Playboy Playmate. Carrey credits Evan for being the only source of strength and hope that made his bond with Jenny grow even stronger.

Carrey and McCarthy started dating back in 2005 and decided to keep their relationship from the press and media until they went public on June 2006. During their entire 3-year relationship that Jim saw how strong Jenny was in dealing with her son’s illness and forced him to look at life in a new light, saying that his partnership with her has ended his fear of commitment and he is now ready to face the world with his new ready-made family.

Jenny McCarthy is the spokesperson for a non-profit organization called Talk About Curing Autism (TACA) where she goes on a nationwide campaign to build awareness for people whose family members are suffering from the illness and saying that autism can be cured. She started her first fundraising project for TACA called Ante Up for Autism and is currently active with other fundraisers, online chats and other activities.
